HR Implementation Manager

Responsibilities:

• Project governance and oversight
• RAID log management
• Schedule development and maintenance
• Status reporting and executive communications
• Action item tracking and follow-up
• Meeting facilitation and coordination
• Project documentation management
• Escalation management
• Coordination across internal teams, implementation partners, and third-party vendors
• Support implementation readiness, testing, deployment, and stabilization activities
• Monitor project risks, issues, dependencies, and key decisions

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 7 years of HCM and payroll implementation project management experience
• Experience managing large-scale payroll transformation projects
• Experience coordinating multiple vendors and workstreams
• Strong governance, reporting, and stakeholder management capabilities
• Experience supporting enterprise software implementations involving Workday, payroll, timekeeping, and finance systems
• Ability to communicate effectively with executive sponsors, business leaders, and project teams
