We are currently seeking a "Workday Benefits developer" for a Contract role with one of our clients based in Dallas, TX. Please apply if you would be interested and available for it.
Workday experience within a Global HR Transformation Programme or HRIS BAU capacity.
Experience within a HR Operations/Shared Service environment.
Proficient with EIB, Security, Peci, Picof, API, Workday Studio, Reporting.
Configuration skills within core HCM functionality of Workday Business Process Configuration, Security configuration, advanced reporting Writer skills.
Beneficial to have cross module knowledge within other areas of Workday – Compensation, Recruiting, Onboarding, Talent Management.
Excellent documentation and communication skills and used to working with multiple stakeholders across a complex matrix structure.
Responsible for the end-to-end design and implementation of system enhancements.
