- Support day-to-day administrative and office management tasks

MINIMUM REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND TRAINING
- A high school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Risk Management, or a related field is required.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION, AND TRAINING
- Previous internship or work experience in an office setting is preferred.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems and software is preferred.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations is preferred.
MISCELLANEOUS REQUIREMENTS
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must demonstrate excellent customer service to the department's internal or external customers.
- Must possess strong analytical and logical problem-solving skills, strong interpersonal communication and relational skills, good organizational, project management skills, sound judgment, initiative, flexibility, and be detail oriented.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and must be insurable under the City of Branson's motor vehicle coverage when operating a vehicle as a part of the position.
- Must be able to pass a background investigation and drug and alcohol screenings.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS: The starting hourly wage is $15.00 perhour

WORK HOURS: Monday through Friday, 8am to 4:30pm; Occasional Afterhours needed
WORK LOCATION: City of Branson, Missouri; City Hall. This is an in office position requiring work to be performed onsite.
