Job Purpose Description / Requirements: The Toledo Driveline Facility is located less than three miles from Stellantis' current Toledo North Assembly Plant. Toledo Driveline assembles front and rear axles for the next-generation Jeep Wrangler and Jeep Truck, keeping the history of the location in Toledo alive. In addition to the proximity to Stellantis Toledo plant, Dana's Toledo site is optimally located to support automakers throughout the region.

Job Duties and Responsibilities
  • Answer employee inquiries and / or refer them to the appropriate person including the ownership of the Toledo Driveline HR inbox.
  • Conduct new Hire Orientation and on-boarding process for new team members including presenting, I-9 processing, badge creation.
  • Applicant tracking system maintenance and processing which includes selecting, interviewing, and processing hourly candidates for various facilities, specifically Toledo and Napoleon.
  • Enter and modify employees in various HR systems.
  • Create and maintain personnel folders.
  • Conduct interviews for various positions.
  • Assist HR department with data entry and collection.
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements

• Must be currently enrolled in bachelor's program, preference with specialization in Human Resources.

• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, policies and procedure manuals and operating instructions.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Word, Excel, PowerPoint experience is a must.
