Job Purpose:

As the HR- Learning and Development Intern, you will work closely with the Director of Talent Management to support the evaluation, development, and implementation of employee learning and development programs. Responsibilities:

Along with the responsibilities listed below, the L&D Intern will be responsible for a project to enhance Albany Internationals leadership development curriculum.

Assist in Learning Program Development Support the design and creation of training materials and presentations for internal training programs.

Data Management & Reporting Help maintain records of training activities, participant attendance, and feedback.

Learning Resources Assist in maintaining the Learning Management System LMS, ensuring content is up to date and accessible to employees.

Employee Feedback & Evaluation Gather feedback from training participants and help analyze results to improve future training programs.

Market Research Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and best practices in learning and development, suggesting new approaches for the companys programs.

Team Player Willingness to collaborate and support in additional tasks that arise within the HR team, depending on the companys needs and the interns experience.
