Develops content such as e-learning modules, job aids, and facilitator guides, and partners with leaders to identify training needs.
Focuses on automating processes, ensuring data accuracy, and evaluating program effectiveness.
Supports compliance and quality standards, and recommends improvements for scalability and efficiency.
Requires 8-15 years HR experience, a relevant bachelor’s degree, and strong communication and technical skills, including Microsoft Excel.
