HR LOA Specialist — Urgently hiring in Culver City!

Job Title: HR LOA Specialist
Pay: $25.00–$28.00 per hour
Hours: Full-Time (Monday - Friday)

As an HR LOA Specialist, you'll oversee and coordinate employee leave programs while ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations. You'll work closely with HR and management to provide support, guidance, and seamless leave management processes.

What You'll Do
As an HR LOA Specialist, you will be responsible for:
  • Administering and coordinating employee leave of absence programs, including FMLA, CFRA, ADA, and other applicable laws
  • Reviewing leave requests and determining eligibility based on company policies and legal requirements
  • Communicating effectively with employees, managers, and medical providers regarding leave requests and documentation
  • Maintaining accurate, confidential leave records in compliance with privacy laws
  • Ensuring adherence to all relevant leave laws and company policies
  • Providing guidance to employees and management on leave-related questions and procedures
  • Coordinating return-to-work activities and accommodations as necessary

What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • Prior experience in leave management or benefits administration
  • Strong knowledge of federal and state leave laws like FMLA, CFRA, and ADA
  • Ability to manage leave processes independently with confidence and accuracy
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
  • High attention to detail and experience maintaining confidential information
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS systems (preferredly HRIS knowledge)
