Human Resources Manager / Administrator With Payroll Experience - Stone Mountain - Mid $90s

The essential functions for this role includes the daily HR operations including benefits administration, training and development and overall administrative management of the office.

  • Developing and maintaining human resource processes and procedures.
  • Managing internal recruiting and onboarding
  • Assume administrative oversight of customer service.
  • Assume the role of office manager and perform related duties and responsibilities.
  • The client is looking for someone with 7 - 9 experience in a manufacturing environment operating as a business partner or HR generalist
  • A PHR or SPHR is certification preferred
  • And experience in employee relations, organizational development & planning, talent management, and compensation/rewards.
  • The salary for the role is up to the 90s plus excellent benefits.
