HR Manager

• Serve as the primary HR resource for an 70-person manufacturing facility supporting both hourly and salaried employees
• Partner with plant leadership on employee relations, performance management, coaching, and conflict resolution
• Work with corporate to handle union grievances and labor relations matters
• Support hiring, onboarding, and retention efforts at the site level
• Ensure compliance with labor law, company policy, and HR best practices
• Communicate proactively with employees on the floor; be visible, accessible, and trusted
• Support HR systems implementation and process improvement initiatives as needed
• Keep HR leadership informed on site-level trends, issues, and culture observations

• BS/BA is required
• 5+ years of HR experience with a manufacturing or warehousing background required
• Union experience is preferred; candidates without union experience will be considered if they demonstrate the ability to learn
• Proactive, floor-present leadership style; this is not a desk-based role
• Strong communicator with the ability to build trust across all levels of the organization
• Comfortable handling complex employee relations situations independently
• HR systems experience is a plus; experience supporting an HRIS implementation is valued
• Local candidates strongly preferred; no relocation available

• $90,000 to $110,000 base salary
• 12.5% annual bonus
