Regional HR Manager

Location: Athens, GA

We're partnering with a growing organization to identify an experienced Regional HR Manager for an indefinite temporary opportunity with the potential to be hired permanently. This is an exciting role for an HR professional who enjoys partnering with leadership, supporting multiple locations, and driving HR initiatives that make a real business impact.

What You'll Do

  • Serve as the primary HR partner for the Athens, GA location while supporting additional markets.
  • Lead employee relations, including workplace investigations, conflict resolution, and performance management.
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting and onboarding for hourly and salaried employees.
  • Process weekly payroll using ADP Workforce Now, including timecard management, PTO tracking, and payroll audits.
  • Administer employee benefits, leaves of absence, and workers' compensation in partnership with Corporate HR.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, including FMLA and ADA.
  • Partner with leadership on workforce planning, organizational changes, and employee development.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and drive consistency in HR policies and procedures across multiple locations.
  • Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and support business growth initiatives.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • PHR certification required.
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including experience as an HR Manager or HR Business Partner.
  • Experience supporting 100+ employees across multiple locations or states.
  • Residential home services industry experience is required (HVAC, plumbing, restoration, roofing, remodeling, or similar).
  • Strong employee relations and workplace investigation experience.
  • Hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now is required.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to travel regularly between assigned locations.
