  • Administer and maintain employee handbook policies, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws while recommending policy updates as needed.
  • Oversee payroll processing, preferably using ADP, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
  • Manage wage garnishments and other payroll-related compliance requirements.
  • Support full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, HR best practices, and organizational policies.
  • Partner with leadership to develop and implement HR initiatives that enhance employee engagement, retention, and organizational culture.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and support audits, reporting, and compliance activities.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to managers on employee performance, disciplinary actions, and policy interpretation.

  • Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws and HR compliance.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently while partnering effectively with leadership.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification is a plus.
