Responsibilitiesarrow_right Serve as a trusted business partner to plant leadership, shaping HR strategy and organizational effectiveness
Lead and evolve talent management processes, including succession planning, development, and learning initiatives
Drive the full talent acquisition process in partnership with centralized recruiting to attract top talent
Champion employer branding efforts to strengthen the site's reputation in the local market
Ensure compliance with all employment laws, policies, and audit requirements
Implement and support compensation and benefits programs that drive engagement and retention
Act as the key HR liaison between site leadership and regional/corporate HR, ensuring alignment and execution of HR initiatives
Qualificationsarrow_right Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
5+ years of progressive HR experience (we welcome high-performing HR Generalists ready to step into leadership)
Demonstrated experience supporting leaders in a fast-paced, multi-department or matrix environment
Exposure to manufacturing, industrial, or similar operational environments preferred
Strong working knowledge of HR compliance, employee relations, and core HR processes
Proven ability to influence, coach, and build trust with leaders and employees at all levels
A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to balance strategic thinking and day-to-day execution
