Human Resources Manager - Bilingual Spanish

What You'll Help Lead:
·Support the hiring, onboarding, and development of HR team members so they can thrive in their roles.
·Help guide daily HR operations and keep priorities moving smoothly across the department.
·Partner on performance conversations by providing clear feedback, coaching, and development support.
·Assist with employee relations matters, including corrective action and separation processes, in a professional and consistent way.
·Review HR documentation to support reporting, audits, and compliance needs.
·Champion practices that create a positive employee experience while maintaining sound HR standards.
·Work with internal partners and legal resources when needed to help manage employment-related matters thoughtfully.
What You'll Do:
·Partner with business leaders to align HR priorities with company goals, including workforce planning, recruiting, retention, and succession planning.
·Serve as a trusted resource to managers and HR team members on employee matters such as accommodations, investigations, performance concerns, and transitions.
·Lead full-cycle recruiting for professional, salaried, and leadership-level roles while collaborating with hiring leaders on talent needs.
