Key Responsibilities
Oversee full HR operations including recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, benefits, compliance, and training
Serve as a key advisor to leadership on employee relations, policy interpretation, and workforce planning
Manage the employee lifecycle and ensure consistent application of HR policies and procedures
Support benefits administration, payroll coordination, and HRIS data accuracy
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
Lead performance management processes and support employee development initiatives
Drive employee engagement, retention, and culture-building programs
Partner with managers to address employee concerns and support effective conflict resolution
