The HR Manager will serve as the organization's dedicated HR leader, overseeing all aspects of human resources and employee experience. This highly visible role is responsible for developing and managing HR programs, processes, and initiatives that support business objectives, foster a positive workplace culture, and enhance organizational effectiveness. The ideal candidate is a hands-on HR professional who enjoys building structure, improving processes, and partnering with leadership to support a growing organization.
- Lead all day-to-day HR operations, policies, and employee relations initiatives.
- Manage recruiting efforts for entry-level and mid-level positions, including campus recruiting and internship programs.
- Oversee onboarding, employee engagement, and culture-building initiatives to enhance the employee experience.
- Administer performance management, goal setting, compensation planning, and benefits programs.
- Partner with leadership on HR strategy, organizational development, and workforce planning.
- Improve HR systems, processes, and workflows to support organizational growth and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- 5+ years of progressive human resources experience, including responsibility for multiple HR functions.
- Experience operating as a standalone HR professional or within a high-growth environment preferred.
- Real estate, property management, professional services, or related industry experience is a plus.
