Now Hiring: Regional HR Manager

Location: Columbus, OH

We're looking for an experienced HR leader to support multi-site manufacturing operations while fostering a positive, inclusive, and engaged workplace culture. This role partners closely with leadership to drive HR strategy, talent development, employee relations, and recruitment across multiple locations.

Key responsibilities include:

• Partnering with leaders to provide strategic HR support
• Coaching and developing managers to strengthen leadership effectiveness
• Leading full-cycle recruitment for hourly and exempt positions
• Building strong relationships across teams and serving as a trusted HR resource
• Traveling to multiple sites and supporting different shifts as business needs require

• Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including leadership, talent management, and employee relations
• Multi-site manufacturing experience required; union and non-union experience preferred
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills
• Bilingual English/Spanish is highly preferred

• Compensation: $80,000–$95,000
