Despite that growth, they've maintained exceptionally strong employee retention and a leadership team that is known for being accessible, supportive, and invested in long-term employee development.The HR Manager will serve as the lead HR partner for the Columbus office, supporting employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, onboarding, recruiting, and employee engagement initiatives. The role works closely with managers and business leaders across the organization and offers significant visibility and autonomy.

This position is full-time on-site in Columbus, Ohio. HR experience in construction is highly preferred.
