We’re partnering with a rapidly growing company in the Cypress area that is looking for a dynamic bilingual HR Manager to help lead and elevate their people operations. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building strong employee relationships, and wants to make a visible impact on company culture, compliance, and leadership development.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Lead employee relations efforts and promote a positive, team-oriented work environment
  • Partner with leadership to support performance management, coaching, corrective actions, and employee development
  • Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws, company policies, and HR best practices
  • Manage unemployment claims, investigations, conflict resolution, and sensitive employee matters with professionalism and confidentiality
  • Support and strengthen workplace safety initiatives, OSHA reporting, and workers’ compensation processes
  • Conduct employee engagement initiatives and help drive a strong company culture
  • Provide HR guidance and support to both office staff and field employees
  • Visit job sites to build relationships with employees and reinforce company policies and expectations
  • Collaborate with HR compliance teams on audits, reporting, and continuous improvement efforts
  • Help lead and support the HR team through ongoing projects, meetings, and daily priorities
What We’re Looking For
  • 5+ years of HR experience with strong employee relations and compliance background
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish required
  • Experience supporting managers and coaching teams in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR policies, and performance management practices
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to build trust and credibility across all levels of an organization
  • HR certification (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR) is a plus
  • Experience with HR systems, safety compliance, OSHA, and workers’ compensation preferred
