Key Responsibilities for the HR Manager:

• Lead full-cycle recruiting, hiring, and onboarding initiatives.
• Administer employee benefits programs and manage annual renewals.
• Handle employee relations matters and provide HR guidance across the organization.
• Maintain HR policies, procedures, and compliance-related activities.
• Support day-to-day HR administration for a 50+ person workforce.

Qualifications for the HR Manager:

• 3+ years of Human Resources experience; HR degree or certification is a plus.
• Manufacturing industry experience required.
• Strong HR generalist background including recruiting and employee relations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
