HR Manager

Salary: $70,000 - $75,000
Location: Delaware, OH- Onsite

Key Responsibilities for the HR Manager:

• Lead HR operations including recruiting, onboarding, payroll, benefits, and compensation
• Manage employee relations, performance management, and compliance initiatives
• Supervise HR team members and volunteer staff
• Develop and standardize volunteer programs and training processes
• Maintain HR documentation and support audits
• Drive employee engagement and organization-wide HR initiatives

Qualifications for the HR Manager:

• 5+ years of progressive Human Resources experience
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience required
• SHRM certification or similar credential preferred
