Our client is a diversified manufacturer supplying metal parts and assemblies to customers across multiple industries.

As the company continues to grow, they're seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to partner directly with the President in strengthening culture, building employee trust, coaching leaders, and driving organizational excellence to help shape the future of the organization.

What You'll Do

• Serve as the strategic HR partner to executive leadership
• Lead employee and labor relations
• Coach supervisors and managers
• Improve employee engagement and retention
• Strengthen HR systems, policies and processes
• Lead organizational development initiatives
• Develop leadership capability throughout the organization
• Ensure compliance with employment and labor laws

What We're Looking For

• Progressive HR leadership experience within manufacturing
• Strong employee relations background
• Leadership coaching experience
• Strategic mindset with excellent communication skills
• Ability to build trust while maintaining fairness and consistency
• Union manufacturing experience strongly preferred
• Automotive or heavy manufacturing experience preferred
• SHRM-SCP or SPHR is a plus
