The HR Manager will play a key role in the launch and ongoing operation of a new manufacturing facility. This position will help establish the site’s workforce, HR infrastructure, and employee practices while supporting the day-to-day HR needs of a growing manufacturing operation.
This role will support the launch of a new U.S.-based manufacturing site. During the initial onboarding and ramp-up period, the selected candidate will be required to travel to Illinois on a weekly basis to support training, stakeholder relationship-building, and alignment with the broader HR and business teams. Travel may be approximately 3 to 4 days per week during the initial phase, with the role eventually transitioning permanently to the new site location in the first half of 2027.
The ideal candidate has strong HR generalist and manager-level experience, in a manufacturing, production, warehouse, or industrial environment. This role requires someone who can work hands-on, build structure in a new site environment, and partner effectively with operations, employees, and leadership.
