Human Resources Manager

*Fully onsite! 

Join a fast-growing, global medical device manufacturer as an HR Manager supporting a high-growth business through continued expansion and integration. This is a strategic HR Business Partner role where you'll work closely with senior leadership to drive talent initiatives, employee engagement, organizational development, and HR strategy in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

What You'll Do

  • Partner with business leaders to align HR strategy with business goals
  • Lead workforce planning, talent management, succession planning, and employee development
  • Drive employee engagement and performance management initiatives
  • Manage complex employee relations matters and ensure compliance with employment laws
  • Support organizational change and business integration efforts
  • Analyze workforce data and provide insights to leadership
  • Coach managers on performance, leadership, and HR best practices
  • Lead and develop one direct report

What We're Looking For

  • 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including HR Business Partner responsibilities
  • Experience supporting manufacturing and/or R&D environmentsis required
  • Strong background in employee relations, compensation, workforce planning, performance management, and talent development
  • Proven ability to partner with senior leadership and influence business decisions
  • Experience leading organizations through change, growth, or integration initiatives
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
  • Willingness to work onsite five days per week and travel occasionally
