Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and people-focused Human Resources Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of human resources operations. This role will serve as a strategic partner to leadership while ensuring the organization maintains a positive, productive, and compliant workplace culture.

The ideal candidate is a proactive HR professional with expertise in employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, compliance, benefits administration, and organizational development. This individual will play a key role in supporting company growth while fostering an engaging employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, performance management, and compliance.

  • Partner with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives.

  • Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts, including sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding talent.

  • Provide guidance and coaching to managers on employee relations matters, performance issues, and workplace policies.

  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.

  • Administer employee benefits programs and act as a resource for benefit-related questions.

  • Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.

  • Manage performance review processes and support employee development initiatives.

  • Analyze HR metrics and workforce trends to support strategic decision-making.

  • Promote employee engagement, retention, and a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, including leadership responsibilities.

  • Strong knowledge of employment law, HR best practices, and compliance requirements.

  • Experience with employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, and benefits administration.

  • Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict-resolution skills.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

  • SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification preferred.

  • Experience supporting multi-site or growing organizations.

  • Experience with organizational development, succession planning, and workforce planning.

  • Background in change management and strategic HR initiatives.

Pay Details: $60,000.00 to $75,000.00 per year
