We are seeking an experienced and people-focused
Human Resources Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of human resources operations. This role will serve as a strategic partner to leadership while ensuring the organization maintains a positive, productive, and compliant workplace culture.
The ideal candidate is a proactive HR professional with expertise in employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, compliance, benefits administration, and organizational development. This individual will play a key role in supporting company growth while fostering an engaging employee experience.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, performance management, and compliance.
- Partner with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives.
- Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts, including sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding talent.
- Provide guidance and coaching to managers on employee relations matters, performance issues, and workplace policies.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Administer employee benefits programs and act as a resource for benefit-related questions.
- Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
- Manage performance review processes and support employee development initiatives.
- Analyze HR metrics and workforce trends to support strategic decision-making.
- Promote employee engagement, retention, and a positive workplace culture.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, including leadership responsibilities.
- Strong knowledge of employment law, HR best practices, and compliance requirements.
- Experience with employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, and benefits administration.
- Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Preferred Qualifications- SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification preferred.
- Experience supporting multi-site or growing organizations.
- Experience with organizational development, succession planning, and workforce planning.
- Background in change management and strategic HR initiatives.
Pay Details: $60,000.00 to $75,000.00 per year
