• Partner with site leadership to support workforce growth initiatives and organizational effectiveness during a period of expansion.
• Collaborate with operational leaders and training teams to support successful onboarding, assimilation, and development of new colleagues.

This HR Manager role will play a critical part in supporting a growing site during a significant expansion phase. Partnering closely with site leadership, operations, and training teams, the HR Manager will help ensure successful onboarding, integration, and engagement of a rapidly expanding workforce. The role will focus on fostering a strong culture aligned with 4i Values, supporting leaders through workforce growth, and helping drive colleague performance, retention, and organizational effectiveness.
