    • Preparing offer letters, onboarding documentation, and pre-employment requirements
  • Partner with operational leaders to assess workforce needs and identify required skills and competencies
  • Facilitate new hire onboarding and orientation, ensuring a strong employee experience from day one
  • Support and drive employee engagement and recognition initiatives across locations
  • Handle employee relations matters, including investigations, disciplinary actions, conflict resolution, and terminations
  • Provide coaching and guidance to leaders on managing performance and addressing workplace concerns
  • Administer HR programs including compensation, benefits (including 401(k)), leave of absence, and compliance-related processes
  • Ensure accurate and timely HR data management within HRIS systems
  • Respond to employee and applicant inquiries, escalating complex or sensitive matters as appropriate
  • Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
  • Stay current on HR trends, best practices, and regulatory changes
Required Skills & Competencies
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (strongly preferred)
  • Proven ability to build trust and relationships in a field-based, multi-site environment
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills
  • Comfortable working in a highly visible, hands-on role with frequent employee interaction
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
  • Solid understanding of employment laws and HR best practices
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems (Workday experience a plus)
