• Overhaul and direct human resources functions for the organization's North American corporate headquarters.
• Create multi-channel recruitment and talent acquisition initiatives to source skilled professional personnel.
• Mediate employee relations disputes, conduct internal workplace investigations, and manage performance review loops.
• Advise global executive leadership teams on corporate labor risks, structural changes, and workforce tracking.

• 5+ years of progressive human resources experience as an HR Generalist, Specialist, or Manager.
• 3+ years of practical application of California Labor Law, DFEH guidelines, and FLSA classification rules.
• Prior HR experience operating within a U.S. branch of a Japanese corporation or global matrix firm preferred.
• Business-level bilingual proficiency in English and Japanese.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or Business Administration required.
