Lloyd Staffing is representing a well-established, employee-owned transportation and logistics organization in the search for an HR Manager. This person will lead key human resources initiatives while supporting employees, managers, and organizational growth across a multi-location operation.

What You'll Own

• Lead recruitment, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and workforce planning efforts.
• Oversee employee relations, performance management, investigations, disciplinary actions, and exit processes.
• Manage employee benefits administration, open enrollment, leave programs, and workers’ compensation activities.
• Support HR compliance, process improvement initiatives, and backup responsibilities for payroll and 401(k) administration.

What Will Help You Succeed

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of Human Resources experience.
• Strong knowledge of employee relations, recruiting, benefits administration, and employment regulations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel; ADP Workforce Now experience preferred.

Compensation & Work Arrangement
$85,000-$95,000. Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), and PTO/Vacation. Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM, onsite in Islandia, NY.
