TRC Talent Solutions is hiring a Human Resources Manager for a nutrition and supplement manufacturing company! Direct hire, onsite position that reports to the president! The HR Manager will ensure consistency with HR practices and compliance with company policies and regulations, and effective communication between sites. Additionally, the HR Manager will coach managers and supervisors on effective employee relations.
 
Responsibilities: 
  • Develop strategic HR plans and initiatives to support business goals.

  • Oversee the development of safety programs, ensuring compliance with OSHA and other regulatory requirements.

  • Coach managers and supervisors on employee relations and effective coaching and counseling techniques.

  • Utilize HR analytics to track and report key HR metrics, such as turnover rates, training effectiveness, and employee satisfaction.

  • Maintain company organization charts.

  • Conduct recruitment efforts for all exempt and nonexempt personnel; conduct new-employee orientations; provide employee relations counseling, exit interviews, stay interviews, and write and place advertisements.

  • Manage the employee termination process, including conducting termination meetings, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements, and handling all related documentation.

  • Administer employee benefits programs and assist employees with enrollment and inquiries.

  • Develop and maintain EEO tracking, maintain records, reports, and logs to conform to EEO regulations.

  • Support workers’ compensation management.

 
Qualifications:
  • A bachelor’s degree and five years’ human resource experience, or five plus years’ experience in the HR field in a supervisor or manager position.
