Our Powertrain Operations facility, located on Pilgrim Road in Menomonee Falls, WI, is where the “jewel” of the motorcycle comes to life. Pilgrim Road employees produce engines and transmissions for the final assembly plant in York, Pennsylvania, as well as transmissions, and replacement parts for sale through Harley-Davidson® Genuine Motor Parts and Accessories business. The Field Human Resources Manager is the business partner interacting on a day to day basis with field/business leaders and line managers on the people-related matters impacting their assigned business units. The Field HR Manager effectively engages the Human Resources Generalist(s) assigned to their team in providing innovative Human Resources strategies designed to optimize human resources within their assigned business areas. This role assists the business unit leadership in the development and implementation of solutions that makes business strategies actionable. The Field HR Manager contracts effectively with the center led specialties within the Human Resources function to deploy COE initiatives in the areas of total rewards, labor/employee relations, and talent management as well as the rest of the COE functions within the Human Resources shared services model as needed.
