HR Manager - Medical Device - Spring Lake Park 

A growing manufacturing company serving the medical device industry is seeking an experienced HR Manager to partner with site leadership during an exciting period of growth and business integration. This is a highly visible role that will help shape talent strategy, drive employee engagement, and support organizational transformation within a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with business leaders to align HR strategy with organizational goals
  • Lead talent management, workforce planning, succession planning, and employee development initiatives
  • Support organizational integration and change management efforts
  • Provide coaching to leaders on performance management, employee relations, and HR best practices
  • Manage complex employee relations matters and ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies
  • Analyze workforce data to identify trends and recommend strategic solutions
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive, high-performing culture
  • Lead and develop an HR team while collaborating with corporate HR partners

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required 
  • 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including HR business partnering in a manufacturing, engineering, or R&D environment
  • Strong knowledge of talent management, compensation, workforce planning, employee relations, and performance management
  • Experience supporting organizational change, acquisitions, or business integrations preferred
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to influence leaders at all levels
  • Data-driven approach to solving business and talent challenges
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills
