    Company: Bath Fixtures Manufacturer
    Position Title: Human Resources Manager
    Location: Miami, FL
    Experience: 10+ years of HR experience in the manufacturing or building materials industries, preferably in a managerial role
    • Bilingual - Spanish/English required
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required
    • Proficient in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite
    • Professional HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR) highly preferred
    Compensation: $75-105k base (flexible DOE) + performance bonus + benefits + 401k 3%
    Products: bathtubs, steam systems/home spas, shower systems, faucets, sinks, mirrors, lighting, decorative bath fixtures
