We are seeking a talented individual to join our Human Resources team at Marsh. This role will be based in New York City and offers a hybrid work arrangement, requiring a minimum of three days per week in the office.
As a Human Resources Manager for Marsh Corporate Functions, you will coach, support, and advise People Managers on our Legal, Compliance & Public Affairs (LCPA) and Marketing & Communications (MarComm) teams, helping to develop and strengthen people management across the colleague lifecycle. This role will also include project work to support business success.
This is a great opportunity for a developing HR Generalist or ER professional to work with People Managers, Business leaders, HR Centers of Excellence (CoE), and the People Function team across the US and Canada.

The applicable base salary range for this role is $93,000 to $139,800.
The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, and education. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
