This is a hands-on position in a highly visible, standalone role. This position is ideal for an experienced HR professional who thrives in an environment where ownership, judgment, and day‑to‑day execution matter. You'll be the primary HR partner on site, working closely with the Director of HR (Americas), site leadership, and cross‑functional teams to ensure strong HR operations, compliance, and employee experience. In this role, you will fully own employee benefits administration for California employees, serving as the first point of contact for questions related to leaves of absence, FSA accounts, and coverage details. You will lead annual open enrollment end‑to‑end, manage relationships with benefits brokers (including monthly meetings), and support plan changes while clearly communicating new coverage and regulations to employees.You'll serve as a trusted resource for employee relations, leading conflict resolution efforts, conducting investigations, and coaching managers on performance management, communication, and development.
