HR Manager – Multi-Physician Practice
Location: Mesa or Phoenix, AZ (100% Onsite)
Compensation: $90,000 base salary + performance bonus potential up to $30,000
Join a growing healthcare organization where you will play a key role in supporting physicians, clinical staff, and administrative teams across multiple medical practices. We are seeking an experienced HR Manager with a strong background supporting physician groups or multi-site medical practices.
In this role, you will oversee all aspects of human resources, including employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, performance management, compliance, benefits administration, and policy development. You will serve as a trusted advisor to leadership while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, healthcare regulations, and HR best practices. The ideal candidate understands the unique challenges of physician practices and is comfortable balancing strategic initiatives with day-to-day HR operations.
Qualifications:
5+ years of progressive HR management experience within a physician group, medical practice, or healthcare organization (physician office experience required).
Strong knowledge of federal and Arizona labor and employment laws, HR compliance, FMLA, ADA, EEOC, wage and hour regulations, and employee relations.
Experience supporting multi-site healthcare operations and collaborating with physicians and practice leaders.
Proven success recruiting and retaining clinical and non-clinical healthcare professionals.
Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and organizational skills.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred.
PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification is a plus.
