Core duties and responsibilities include:

• Develop and execute the company's HR strategy aligned with business goals
• Partner with executive leadership on workforce planning, organizational design, and change management
• Lead talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and retention initiatives
• Oversee compensation, benefits, workers' compensation, and HR compliance programs
• Manage HR policies, employee handbook updates, and multi-state employment law compliance
• Drive employee development, training, onboarding, and recognition programs
• Lead and mentor the HR team while fostering a people-first, values-driven culture
• Optimize HR systems, reporting, and operational processes

Required skills and qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification required
• 12+ years of progressive HR experience, including multi-state operations
• 5+ years in a senior HR leadership role
• Strong knowledge of employment law, wage & hour regulations, and Affirmative Action compliance
• Proven success building and scaling HR functions in a growing organization
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills

Compensation:

The salary range for this position is from $100K to $120K, depending on experience.
