ob Title: HR Manager, Total Rewards & Compensation
Location: Dallas/Fort Worth, TX

CornerStone Professional Placement is seeking an HR Manager, Total Rewards & Compensation for a temp-to-hire opportunity with a leading organization in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. This role will report directly to the Regional HR Director and will be responsible for managing the design, administration, and execution of compensation and benefits programs that support the organization's talent strategy. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in compensation analysis, benefits administration, compliance, and HR partnership while helping drive employee engagement and retention initiatives.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage the administration and continuous improvement of compensation and benefits programs
  • Conduct compensation benchmarking, market pricing, and salary analysis to ensure internal equity and market competitiveness
  • Support annual compensation planning processes, including merit increases, salary adjustments, and incentive programs
  • Administer employee benefits programs including health, retirement, wellness, and leave offerings
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations related to compensation and benefits (ERISA, HIPAA, COBRA, ACA, FLSA)
  • Partner with leadership and HR teams on job evaluations, compensation recommendations, and offer development
  • Coordinate open enrollment activities and manage relationships with benefits vendors and brokers
  • Analyze compensation and benefits data to identify trends and make recommendations for program enhancements
  • Assist with HRIS management and reporting related to compensation and benefits programs
  • Provide guidance to employees and leaders regarding total rewards programs and policies
  • Support employee retention, engagement, and workforce planning initiatives
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience with a strong focus on compensation, benefits, or total rewards
  • Strong understanding of compensation practices, salary structures, and benefits administration
  • Knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulatory compliance requirements
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience working with HRIS platforms
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
  • SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, CCP, or CEBS certification
  • Experience supporting multi-site or regional operations
  • Bilingual capabilities are a plus
Compensation & Benefits:
  • Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire
  • Schedule: Full-Time
  • Location: On-Site
  • Salary:$120,000 – $140,000 annually, depending on experience
