Location: On Site in Middleburg Heights, OH
Schedule: Monday - Friday
Salary: $55,000 - $60,000

Key Responsibilities for the HR New Grad:

• 
  
• Support onboarding, employee records management, and HR administrative processes
• 
  
• Assist with recruiting coordination, candidate communication, and interview scheduling
• 
  
• Maintain HR systems and ensure employee data accuracy
• 
  
• Help prepare HR reports, audits, and compliance documentation
• 
  
• Support employee engagement initiatives and HR projects
• 
  
• Respond to employee inquiries and escalate issues as appropriate
• 
  

Qualifications for the HR New Grad:

• 
  
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
• 
  
• Internship, co-op, or academic project experience in HR, recruiting, or business operations preferred
• 
  
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word
• 
  
• Familiarity with HRIS systems and employment law concepts is a plus
•
