· Must be bilingual in Spanish/English
· High School Diploma required / 2-Year College Degree preferred.
· 1-3 years of experience in Human Resources.
· Able to maintain high levels of confidentiality and communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
· Demonstrate ability to interact and communicate well within all levels of the organization
· Capable of handling multiple tasks at once
· Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
· Strong attention to detail and results oriented
· Proficiency in working with computers and Microsoft Office suites required
· Serve as the DC receptionist and office clerk
· Provide exceptional customer service to visitors and employees by answering questions and proactively troubleshooting questions and issues
· Assist with hourly recruiting functions
· Create employee files, filing, and help with other HR related documentation
· Create, communicate, implement, and coordinate employee appreciation activities
· Administratively support human resources policies, procedures, and programs
· Provide day-to-day support to DC Distribution Manager
The HR Assistant/Office Clerk will support the onsite Management Team in the administrative and day-to-day functions for the Aurora DC.
