HR/Office Manager

We are looking for an HR/Office Manager at our Lithia Springs, GA facility. This is a fulltime salaried position Monday to Friday, on-site.

About the Role

Responsibilities

• Assist in all functions of Human Resources and office productivity.
• Oversee payroll, recruitment, employee relations, and more.
• Provide general office services including office organization, training, data entry, etc.
• Coordinate company meeting events.
• Collect, review, and prepare accounts payable transactions.
• Assist with budget tracking and reconciliation.
• Provide information, investigate inquiries, recommend resolutions as appropriate.
• Actively participate in and contribute to team projects.

About You

We Require:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Strong experience in human resources including talent sourcing, interviews, hiring, on-boarding, investigations, record keeping, etc.
• Ideal candidate will have experience with applicant tracking system(s), Kronos timekeeping, ADP, Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, Teams and OneDrive.
• Establish positive working relationships with human resources colleagues, plant management and employees.
• Speak, read, write, and present information clearly and appropriately for an audience ranging from plant production employees to upper-level management. 
• PHR or SPHR a plus
• High energy and positive attitude
