Receptionist / HR Assistant Job Summary:
- Front Desk / and back office support- Greeting candidates and employees in professional manner
- Answer, screen, and forward phone calls efficiently.
- Assistant in pre screening and application set up
- Coordinate interviews and scheduling of appointments
- Communicate with candidates in both Spanish and English
- Answer, screen, and forward phone calls efficiently.
- Support hiring process for next level manager.
- Additional functions as requested.
- Hours: Typical Day 10:30AM to 5:30 PM with FT growth potential
- possible Full-time to start
