Responsibilities:

  • Monitor, review and communicate with new hires through the internal applicant tracking system and recruiting distribution list.
  • Responsible for coordinating new hire processes: offer letters, background checks, I-9's, and scheduling/collecting new hire medical records.
  • Assist with the on-boarding and off-boarding employee process.
  • Send out new hire announcements to the team and organization as well as create on-boarding schedule in accordance with manager's direction.
