Responsibilities:
Monitor, review and communicate with new hires through the internal applicant tracking system and recruiting distribution list.
Responsible for coordinating new hire processes: offer letters, background checks, I-9's, and scheduling/collecting new hire medical records.
Assist with the on-boarding and off-boarding employee process.
Send out new hire announcements to the team and organization as well as create on-boarding schedule in accordance with manager's direction.
Skills:
Communicates with employees and candidates in a professional manner
Solid time management and organizational skills to optimize workflow
Ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of colleagues, managers, and candidates
Must be highly organized and able to multitask with a positive professional approach
