Overview:
The Talent Management Operations Specialist is an entry-level opportunity designed for someone looking to build a strong foundation in Human Resources, operations, and HR technology. In this role, you’ll help support the processes and programs that power the employee experience across onboarding, learning, talent initiatives, and day-to-day operations.
This is more than just an administrative support role — it’s an opportunity to learn how HR operations function at scale while contributing ideas that improve efficiency, simplify workflows, and enhance the employee experience.
You’ll gain hands-on experience with operational processes, reporting, process improvement, and emerging tools including AI and automation technologies.

At least 2 years of onboarding experience in the U.S.
Experience with SuccessFactors.
Experience with I-9 processing, including reverifications.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel at a beginner level or higher (e.g., running filter
