Position Summary
The HR Onboarding Program Manager is responsible for leading the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of onboarding programs, with a focus on technical, field-based, and operational professionals. This role ensures new hires supporting infrastructure, network operations, and field service delivery are effectively integrated and equipped with the tools, training, and knowledge required to succeed.
This position partners closely with Talent Acquisition, Operations, IT, and HR teams to deliver a consistent onboarding experience across corporate offices, client environments, and field locations. The ideal candidate brings a blend of program ownership, hands-on execution, and a strong focus on process optimization, employee experience, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities- Design and manage end-to-end onboarding programs for corporate, technical, and field-based employees
- Develop role-specific onboarding tracks tailored to operational and technical teams
- Provide strategic support in building and enhancing onboarding programs and training initiatives
- Lead onboarding execution, including coordination of hiring integration, onboarding delivery, and early-stage employee development
- Ensure onboarding aligns with service delivery standards, safety requirements, and operational procedures
- Coordinate onboarding requirements, including:
- System access and security credentials
- Safety and compliance training
- Operational protocols and procedures
- Client or site-specific onboarding requirements
- Ensure employees are fully prepared and compliant prior to deployment or assignment
- Drive HR compliance across onboarding and employee lifecycle processes
- Manage onboarding workflows, equipment provisioning, and system access through HRIS platforms
- Partner cross-functionally with HR, IT, Operations, and business leaders to align onboarding with organizational goals
- Lead process improvement initiatives to optimize workflows, improve KPIs, and enhance onboarding efficiency and scalability
- Coordinate multiple onboarding initiatives simultaneously while maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail
Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
- 5–8 years of experience in onboarding, HR operations, program coordination, or related roles
- Proven experience supporting onboarding program development, training, and employee integration
- Strong project management and coordination experience across multiple stakeholders
- Experience with HRIS or onboarding platforms (e.G., Oracle or similar systems)
- Ability to manage multiple processes and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Background- Experience supporting industries such as technology, infrastructure, telecommunications, staffing, automotive, or similar operational environments
- Experience working with technical or field-based employee populations
- Familiarity with enterprise tools such as Microsoft Teams, Workday, or Salesforce
- Experience facilitating onboarding sessions or training programs
