About the role

The HR Operations Analyst supports the delivery, optimization, and continuous improvement of HR processes, systems, and reporting. This role serves as a key liaison between HR, employees, managers, and other business functions to ensure efficient HR operations, data integrity, compliance, and high-quality employee experiences. The HR Operations Analyst leverages data, technology, and process improvement methodologies to drive operational excellence across the employee lifecycle.

Your responsibilities

  • Manage HR operations across the employee lifecycle (onboarding, employee changes, offboarding).
  • Maintain HR systems, employee data integrity, and process documentation.
  • Lead leave administration and coordinate new hire orientations.
  • Deliver HR reporting, workforce analytics, and data-driven insights.
  • Support employees and managers on HR policies, processes, and systems.
  • Ensure compliance with HR regulations, audits, and data privacy requirements.
  • Contribute to HR process improvements, automation, and transformation projects.

The experience were looking for

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in HR Operations, HRIS, HR Shared Services, People Analytics, or similar HR functions.
  • Hands-on experience with HR systems such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or UKG.
  • Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel proficiency; Power BI or Tableau experience is a plus.
  • Knowledge of HR processes, reporting, data governance, and compliance.
  • Excellent attention to detail, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience driving process improvements and operational efficiencies.
  • Preferred: experience in a global HR environment, Shared Services, Lean/Six Sigma methodologies, or HR certifications (SHRM-CP, PHR).
