HR Operations Analyst

Job Summary

The HR Operations Analyst is responsible for managing the accuracy, integrity, and timely processing of employee data within HRIS system, including job movement, compensation changes, and title updates. This role serves as a key point of contact for executing HR data transactions and supporting the HRIS systems, controls, and reporting that keep employee records accurate and compliant. The HR Operations Analyst partners closely with HR Business Partners, Compensation, Talent, and other HR functions to ensure data changes are processed efficiently and that the underlying systems, workflows, and controls supporting those changes remain reliable and audit ready.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• 
  
• Processes and maintains employee data changes in HRIS and LMS systems, including job transfers, promotions, reorganizations, compensation adjustments, and title updates, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

• Monitors data integrity through regular audits and analyses, identifying discrepancies and implementing corrective actions to maintain compliance and accuracy across employee records.

• Engages stakeholders in discussions to gather requirements, address system-related concerns, and translate business needs into system configurations and process improvements.

• Partners with Finance on position creation, maintenance, and headcount alignment in HRIS system, reconciling positions against approved budget and organizational structure.

• Supports HRIS updates and enhancement projects through participating in testing and validation activities, providing feedback and recommendations.
• 
  
• Maintains system documentation, standard operating procedures, templates, and job aids to support consistent data processing and user training.
• 
  
• Assists in developing and executing practices that ensure employee records remain accurate, up to date, and compliant with organizational policy and regulatory requirements.
• 
  
• Supports job architecture maintenance and governance, including job code, job profiles, and business titles.
• 
  
• Supports data collection, documentation, and analysis for HR audits and investigations, ensuring thorough and accurate record-keeping.
• 
  
• Collaborates across HR functions (e.g., Compensation, HRBPs, Talent Development) to ensure employee data changes align with and support broader HR initiatives.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

Experience

Requires minimum 2 years job related work experience in excess of degree requirements.

• Prefer 2 years experience with Cornerstone LMS and Workday HRIS
