As a HR Operations Analyst on the People Services team, a typical day for you will include:
  • Support People Service delivery by advising on escalated cases, identifying root causes, and recommending processes or system improvements.
  • Support audits, compliance reporting, and documentation requirements, including but not limited to quarterly reporting for PE firm, EEO-1 reporting, BLS reporting, and People Services Quarterly Review.
  • Contribute to HR initiatives that support scalable, efficient, and compliant People Services operations.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data from HR systems to generate meaningful workforce insights.
  • Build and maintain dashboards, standard reports, and ad hoc analyses covering key metrics such as headcount, turnover, retention, engagement, and compliance.
  • Identify trends, risks, and opportunities in people data and provide clear, actionable recommendations to HR and business leaders.
  • Create executive-ready presentations and visualizations that clearly tell the story behind the data.
  • Optimize HR systems through automation, enhanced reporting, and improved user experience.
  • Support system testing, upgrades, and enhancement initiatives.
  • Analyze and improve HR workflows to increase efficiency, accuracy, and employee experience.
  • Leverage analytics, benchmarking, and AI-enabled tools to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.

(Required qualifications)
  • Experience:
    • Proven experience with 2-3 years Human Resources experience and 2+ years data analytics experience.
    • Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered.
    • Project Management experience preferred.
  • Skills:
    • Demonstrates broad functional knowledge of HR policies, practices, and processes.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
    • Exercises sound independent judgment and accountability when working with limited supervision.
    • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
    • Applies advanced skills, practices, and procedures to complete small to medium projects or complex components of larger initiatives.
    • High attention to detail, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data and documentation.
  • Education:
    • Bachelor's degree in related field, which may include Business or Human Resource Management, or equivalent experience required.
  • Schedule / in-office requirements:
    • Hybrid working model; Monday-Wednesday in office, Thursday/Friday from home.
