Position: HR Operations & Compensation Specialist
Mitsubishi Electric Power Products, Inc. (MEPPI) is seeking an experienced HR Operations & Compensation Specialist to support HR operational initiatives and lead the design, development, and administration of company-wide compensation programs. This role plays a critical part in ensuring competitive, compliant, and well-structured compensation practices while supporting organizational changes, workforce planning, and continuous improvement across the employee lifecycle.

What You Bring:
Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
Experience:
Minimum 5 years of HR experience, with a focus on compensation or related HR functions, or equivalent education and experience.
Skills & Expertise:
Advanced knowledge of compensation principles, program design, and administration.
Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills with experience interpreting quantitative data.
Developed knowledge of HR systems and compensation tools.
Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong organizational skills and comfort managing multiple projects simultaneously.
