job Description:

• Processing voluntary and involuntary termination transactions in Workday or other HR systems.
• Managing retirement, end of assignment, and contract end processes.
• Ensuring completion of final pay impacting data changes, coordinating where applicable with Payroll and Time & Attendance teams.
• Administering separation-related documentation (e.g., termination letters, severance documentation, exit packages, compliance forms).
• Monitoring adherence to legal, regulatory, and internal policy requirements throughout the offboarding process.

 
Education:

• Bachelor's Degree

 
Experience:

• 2-3 years of experience in HR operations.
